WHAT IS GRP WATER TANK ?

SMC panels are made from SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) - the mixture of Unsaturated Polyester Resin, glass-fiber, filler, mold release agent, catalyzer, etc. - by hydraulic press machine under high temperature and press and assembled with bolts and reinforcement materials at the job site.
The foam sealant on the panels joint provides this bolting type water tank complete watertightness, and as all components including SMC panels forming the tank are hygienic to meet food sanitation act and durable, SMC water tank is suitable to store clean drinking water.
